One project each. A crew around every one.

Bring your own project and make room for four others. Week 1: meet the crew and spend about 20 minutes setting up your own Dahlia with guided help. Bring a laptop. Weeks 2–7: each member gets a focused turn on her own project with the full crew. Week 7 also wraps up and prepares demos. Alicia and Leslie guide every meeting.

Reminders: 1 week, 1 day and 1 hour before each session. Format and price for later cohorts will be announced after the pilot.

Make room for the work between meetings.

Sundays 2:00–3:30 PM ET on Zoom. Up to 30 minutes of agreed work between sessions for your own next step and any help you offered someone else. Talk through what you can commit to with a founder before joining.

Showing up or saying you can't are both fine. Going quiet isn't. If you cannot deliver a contribution on the date you agreed, tell the person waiting for it.

Bring something we can work on.

A rough draft is useful. So is a spreadsheet, a workflow sketch or a small part of an app. Show where you are, what you have already tried and the question you want the crew to help answer. You keep 100% ownership of your project.
